The O.P. Industries contracting departments specialise in medium to large commercial and industrial mechanical services installations. We commonly undertake projects such as hospitals, pharmaceutical plants, shopping centres and industrial plants. The company is backed by fully in-house design, engineering and drafting services. Projects are seeing right through to completion and beyond with our NEBB certified commissioning services, and service and warranty departments.
With full contracting divisions in metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney and Wangaratta, plus smaller regional offices focussed on servicing, we are able to offer full services right throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria, New South Wales and areas of Tasmania. O.P. Industries is also experienced and capable of operating as the principal contractor on a site.
O.P. Industries is able to comply with all relevant Australian Standards, Quality Assurance procedures and Safety Requirements. The associated manuals and procedures have successfully met the requirements of Australian Defence, Hospital and Pharmaceutical projects.
Service & Maintenance
The companies service departments offer premium level services to all our clients, as well as compressive warranty services to major projects. We specialise in high-demand sites that require rapid response with skilled technicians, such as data centres and hospitals. We offer 24 hour pager services, as well as rapid response services for mission-critical sites. However the department is also able to offer close and personal services to the smallest commercial or industrial sites, such as shops or offices.
The service department prides itself on being able to offer a personal level of service to each client, with technicians who can develop intimate knowledge of each site. We are able to develop and customise comprehensive service agreements to protect your valuable investment in plant and equipment. The department is staffed with plumbers, refrigeration, service and controls technicians, allowing us to service and maintain the full range of mechanical equipment.
Stainless Steel Fabrication
O.P. Industries offers extensive specialised stainless steel fabrication services. Our unique location in regional Victoria means that we are able to offer extensive services to Victoria’s rapidly expanding wine industry. The company offers many services such as the specialised manufacture of exhaust hoods, canopies and benches for kitchens and the catering and food industries. Tanks, vats and bins for the wine industry, and industrial switchboards are manufactured to client specification. Jobbing facilities are also offered including guillotining, press breaking, welding (ferrous and non ferrous metals) and polishing.
